It was about 3AM, so I couldn’t go out and saw this thick, PVC, portable A/C unit window intake/exhaust plate extension leaf in my garage, so I clamped it into my mini mill, and wrote some code to have it cut it to length.

The shortened leaf fits perfectly at the top of the A/C unit’s intake/exhaust plate. Expanding it, and setting the screws, it’s a tight fit.
